By using Spenny ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Spenny is a personal finance tracking tool designed for informational purposes only. It is not a financial advisor and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Subscriptions

• Spenny offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly plans) to unlock Pro features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Spenny are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Disclaimer

Spenny is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of the app.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
